Refund Policy

If Photorer isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you’ll get your money back. No questions asked.

You can request a full refund of Photorer Pro within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason. Try it free for 7 days first, so you know whether it fits your workflow before you pay.

How to ask for a refund

• Find your order at paddle.net using the email you bought with, and request a refund there; or
• email us at SUPPORT_EMAIL with your order number or purchase email.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated and Pro features stop working. Ratings and labels you made stay in your XMP files; your photos are never affected.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you have as a consumer. Refunds are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. In cases of evident fraud or abuse of this policy, Paddle may decline a refund.
